I support the approval of this application. The applicant has worked hard to replace the old, run down hotel with a new hotel that will enhance the Fenwick community. Fenwick Shores is a Tapestry collection by Hilton, an upscale luxury boutique hotel that is required to have dedicated Food & Beverage service. It makes sense that such a hotel will have all the amenities expected there.
